By accessing live listings, you accept these terms. Not financial, legal or real estate advice.

1. Informational purposes only

RealStats provides data, calculators, scores and tools for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing is financial, investment, mortgage, legal, tax or real estate advice.

2. Listing-content licence and accuracy

CREA DDF® listing content is licensed for display to consumers and may be delayed, changed or contain errors or omissions. RealStats, CREA and participating boards do not guarantee accuracy. Verify price, availability, measurements, features, title and all material facts independently.

3. Personal use and no scraping

Listing content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Automated collection, scraping, copying, redistribution, resale, derivative databases, bulk downloads and attempts to circumvent access controls are prohibited.

4. Brokerage and REALTOR.ca attribution

Each listing identifies the listing brokerage and links to the corresponding content on REALTOR.ca. Photographs retain supplied CREA watermarks. RealStats is controlled by Dusko Sremac, REALTOR®, REPYYC / Real Broker, Calgary, Alberta.

5. CREA trademarks and copyright

The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and REALTOR® are owned or controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA. Listing content is protected by copyright.

6. Separation of live listings and statistics

RealStats does not treat the DDF current-listing feed as a historical sold-data source. Market baselines, public economic series, models and live listing content remain visibly separated.

7. Liability

The platform is provided as-is and as-available. PRPTY.CA Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the fitness of information for a particular decision.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable federal Canadian law.
