1. Information collected

We may collect technical usage data, cookies and information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

2. Listing analytics

When current CREA DDF® listing content is viewed or its REALTOR.ca link is clicked, RealStats sends CREA the listing identifier, destination identifier, event type, a pseudonymous device identifier, referral URL and available network address as required for DDF listing analytics.

3. Use of information

Information may be used to operate, secure, analyze and improve the platform and respond to inquiries.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, CREA for required listing analytics, where legally required, during a business transfer or with consent.

5. Canadian privacy rights

Canadian residents may request access to or correction of personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification.
